Coins are the main currency within Neotype and are used for various actions, such as creating a post or acquiring a new workspace, among others. Each month, upon subscription renewal, you will receive the coins corresponding to your subscription tier. However, if you run out of coins before the renewal date and need more, you can top up your coins at any time.
The “Team” section is exclusively available to Enterprise users. Here, you can invite unlimited users to assist you with your content creation. When you invite a new user, an invitation email will be sent to the provided email address, allowing them to register on Neotype as a team user. Team users do not have their own subscription or wallet; they use coins from the wallet of the Enterprise user who invited them.
From the “Team” section, you can invite new users or manage existing ones. There are two types of permissions: User Permissions and Workspace Permissions. User Permissions allow team users to manage other team members, while Workspace Permissions let them manage workspaces within the Enterprise subscription.
A workspace, also referred to as a “publishing profile,” is a work environment where you can manage and view all your Neotype content. When you access the “Calendar” or “My Posts” views, you will see the posts created for the active workspace. Similarly, platform integrations are connected to the active workspace.
The availability of workspaces depends on your subscription tier. For example, Premium and Enterprise users can access multiple workspaces, with some included for free (additional workspaces can be added as needed). Basic users, however, are limited to a single workspace.
If you are a user with a subscription or a team member with workspace permissions, you can access and configure each workspace. This includes changing the workspace’s logo or name, assigning a default brand voice from the list of created brand voices, and—if it’s an Enterprise account—managing the list of team members invited to that workspace.
When you downgrade your subscription, you will lose access to any features not included in the new tier. For instance, a Premium user with multiple workspaces who downgrades to Basic will be limited to just one workspace.
During the downgrade process, you’ll be prompted to select your primary workspace, which will remain active while the others will be deactivated. The settings and posts in deactivated workspaces will become inaccessible. However, if you upgrade again to a tier that supports multiple workspaces, all previously created workspaces and their content will be restored.
Upgrades take effect immediately after payment, granting access to all new features and instantly crediting your account with the coins provided by the new subscription.
On the other hand, downgrades only take effect at the end of the current subscription period. This means you can continue enjoying the benefits of your current subscription until the renewal date, at which point the downgrade will take effect.
No, Neotype allows you to integrate with external platforms to publish your content automatically, saving you time and effort.
However, if your desired platform is not in our list of integrations or you prefer not to publish directly, you can still create content without automated publishing. In the post preview page, you can copy the generated content and use it however you like.
Yes, when you choose to add a suggested post from the “Future Posts” section, it will be created and added to your active workspace’s post list. The post will use all relevant information and configurations from the post it was added. Once generated, the post is fully editable like any other and can be modified until its scheduled publication date.
No, posts can only be edited before the publication date. Once the publication date arrives, the post will be marked as published and, if you have selected any publication platforms, it will be automatically published on them. Even if no platforms are selected, the post will still be marked as published and can no longer be edited. However, you can freely change the publication date at any time before it arrives.
